Panama Poultry Export Quota , Inc . ( PAN-PEQ ) invites bids for the right to ship U . S . -origin chicken leg quarters to Panama duty-free under a U . S . - Panama Trade Promotion Agreement tariff-rate quota granted by the Republic of Panama to the United States . The export item is chicken leg quarters , bone-in ( Panama Tariff Schedule nos . 02071319c ; 02071419c ). The product must be imported into Panama between January 1 and December 31 , 2025 . Certificates of Quota Allocation are being offered during this open tender for 1,139 metric tons in total .

Any person or entity incorporated or domiciled , and with a legal address , in the United States is eligible to bid . Bids must be received by PAN-PEQ not later than 5 p . m . ( EST ) on December 6 , 2024 .

The minimum bid quantity is 1 metric ton ; the minimum bid price is $ 100.00 / metric ton . Bids must be submitted in dollars and cents per metric ton . Bids should not be submitted in amounts that include fractions of a cent . If a bid is received in an amount that includes fractions of a cent , the administrator will ignore the fractions of a cent and consider only the amount that was bid in dollars and full cents . Performance security ( the lesser of $ 50,000 or the total value of the bid ) must be provided in conjunction with each bid . COLOM-PEQ Colombia Poultry Export Quota , Inc . NOTICE OF OPEN TENDER Independent bids are invited for rights to ship U . S . -origin chicken leg quarters to the Republic of Colombia under a tariff-rate quota ( TRQ ) granted by the Republic of Colombia to the United States under the U . S . -Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement .

Bids must be submitted on Thursday , December 5 , 2024 between 9:00 a . m . and 5:00 p . m . Eastern Standard Time ( EST ) Shipment Period : January 1 , 2025 – December 31 , 2025

The product must be imported into Colombia on January 1 or before December 31 , 2025 .
