AARQ Association for the Administration of Rice Quotas, Inc. NOTICE OF OPEN TENDER – EU-27

Independent bids are invited for rights to ship U. S.-origin milled rice to the European Union under a tariff-rate quota( TRQ) granted by the EU to the United States.

Bids must be submitted on June 25, 2026 for the September 2026 TRQ Tranche, in which the following quantity is available for the EU-27:

EU Duty Semi-Milled or Milled Rice 2,743 zero( HTS item 1006.30)

TRQ Certificates will be awarded to the highest bidder( s). Any person or entity incorporated or domiciled in the United States is eligible to bid. The minimum bid quantity is 18 metric tons and the minimum bid price is $ 15 / MT. Performance security( the lesser of $ 50,000 or the total value of the bid) must be submitted with each bid. Following the exit of the United Kingdom( UK) from the EU Customs Union on December 31, 2020, independent bids are invited for rights to ship U. S.-origin milled rice to the UK under an allocation to the UK of a tariff-rate quota( TRQ) granted by the EU to the United States.

Bids must be submitted on July 30, 2026 for the October 2026 UK TRQ Tranche, in which the following quantity is available for the UK:

Volume( metric tons) UK Duty Semi-Milled or Milled Rice 3,238 zero( HTS item 1006.30)

Notice of Open Tender for Panama Panama Poultry Export Quota, Inc.( PAN-PEQ) Bids open: July 6, 2026 Bids due: July 10, 2026

Panama Poultry Export Quota, Inc.( PAN-PEQ) invites bids for the right to ship U. S.-origin chicken leg quarters to Panama duty-free under a U. S.- Panama Trade Promotion Agreement tariff-rate quota granted by the Republic of Panama to the United States. The export item is chicken leg quarters, bone-in( Panama Tariff Schedule nos. 02071319c; 02071419c). The product must be imported into Panama on or before December 31, 2026. Certificates of Quota Allocation are being offered during this open tender for 1288 metric tons in total.

Any person or entity incorporated or domiciled, and with a legal address, in the United States is eligible to bid. Bids must be received by PAN-PEQ not later than 5 p. m.( EDT) on July 10, 2026.

The minimum bid quantity is 1 metric ton; the minimum bid price is $ 100.00 / metric ton. Bids must be submitted in dollars and cents per metric ton. Bids should not be submitted in amounts that include fractions of a cent. If a bid is received in an amount that includes fractions of a cent, the administrator will ignore the fractions of a cent and consider only the amount that was bid in dollars and full cents. Performance security( the lesser of $ 50,000 or the total value of the bid) must be provided in conjunction with each bid. The Certificates of Quota Allocation will be awarded to the highest bidder( s). Bids must be submitted electronically at https:// www. pan-peq. org / online _ bid _ form. html.
